About Olli Siitonen

As a Development Manager with a deep background in software engineering, I thrive on scaling digital products and building teams that deliver real impact. Over the last couple years, I’ve led a talented 13-person team to grow our mobile app’s weekly active users from 200K to 800K—all while shipping regular updates, maintaining a 4.5+ app store rating, and meeting every deadline.I’m hands-on when it comes to troubleshooting and passionate about bridging the gap between developers, designers, and business leaders. My approach centers on building a culture of trust, autonomy, and high accountability to empower teams and drive results.I’m experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments within large organizations and feel at home in multicloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). I’m comfortable working with modern technologies, including React Native, Expo, and Node.js-based tech stacks, and have a strong background in microservices architecture and various query languages. Whether it’s launching new features or streamlining release cycles, I focus on aligning technical execution with business goals to create products users love.
