While living in Singapore working for Vacon Plc we were aquired by Danfoss and I was given the reponsibility to build a global organization for Aftermarket services and Centers of Excellence and with the new team create and implement a strategy that would combine the strenghts of the two merged companies. Merger is a very challenging situation but also full of new opportunities that can be captured if planned and excecuted well. The learning from my journey so far is that the key to any success is a motivated, competent team and clearly communicated vision. The feedback I get from my team members and coworkers is that I am inspirational, supportive, structured and an easy to approach team player. My target is to work in an executive level role where I can use my experience across multiple functions to expand the business of an industrial manufacturing company. Entering new markets and segments is something that motivates me and I am good at.
