With over 14 years of experience in the ferry industry, I am the Head of Operations at Condor Ferries, a leading provider of passenger and freight services between the UK, Channel Islands, and France. I hold a Master of Science in International Ship Management with Logistics from Southampton Solent University, and I have a strong background in shipping, marine, and commercial management. I am responsible for overseeing the operational performance, safety, and quality of the fleet, the ports, and the shore teams, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans, budgets, and projects to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. I have successfully led the launch of new routes, the acquisition of new vessels, the negotiation of contracts, and the optimization of processes and systems. I have also contributed to the growth and innovation of the business by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulators, suppliers, customers, and partners. I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to our customers and stakeholders, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
