As Abraham Lincoln once said,"The best way to predict the future is to create it." With over 30 years of experience as an educator, leader, and life coach, my career has been driven by a singular vision: equipping young minds to create the future they envision. As the founder of Inspire Coaching LLC, our goal is to equip and mentor over 150 young people by the end of 2025 to actualize their personal and academic goals, transforming lives and become better versions of themselves through tailored coaching programs focused on life skills, leadership, and personal growth. My journey began in the classrooms of Nigeria, where I sharpened my skills as a teacher and leader, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Over the years, I have expanded my influence, earning certifications from Harvard and John Maxwell, and becoming a recognized voice in youth development across the United States. My mission is to reduce the high school dropout rate in the United States by engaging students with motivational talks, personalized coaching, and leadership development programs. I believe in the power of education to transform lives, and I am committed to helping young people become confident, capable leaders who will shape the future. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles that allowed me to make a tangible impact on both students and educators. From founding and leading premier educational institutions to mentoring youth one-on-one, my work is rooted in a deep commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and empowerment. In addition to my hands-on work with youth, I am an active contributor to the broader educational community. I have published books on leadership and youth development, served as a panelist for educational assessments, and spoken at regional conferences, sharing insights and best practices in youth development. My work has been recognized with numerous awards, including an Honorary Doctorate Award of Divinity for my contributions to society and Christian leadership. I am always looking to collaborate with like-minded professionals and organizations to create lasting change in the lives of young people.
