About Olutoyin Ogunmola

With over 18 years of progressive experience in information technology, I am a data leader and an agile coach who creates business value from data obtained digitally from all possible sources. As the Head, Data and Analytics at Stanbic IBTC, I manage a team of award-winning data practitioners, coordinate partnerships with external data providers, and engage business executives to deliver business-focused data products. My core competencies include AI Strategy, data governance, data monetisation, data science, data quality management, and enterprise IT strategy. I have a track record of executing innovative technology solutions and delivering large-scale IT projects using the Scaled Agile Framework, for which I am a certified program consultant and practitioner. I have also led the agile transformation for the enterprise and trained over 180 agile practitioners. My mission is to foster a data-driven culture across the organisation and align the AI and data strategy with the business strategy. I have a strong academic background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, IT management, and computer science. I am also a certified information systems auditor (CISA, CISM) with the ITIL Foundation and Intermediate certificates.
