About Olya Carter

A Registered Nurse educated in Russia and USA with the initial experience gained as an operating room nurse in Central Surgical Burn Center in Moscow and who served as a nurse-translator for Humanitarian Relief program and Children of Chernobyl organization. After coming to the US and completing a secondary RN, BSN program at BJC School of Nursing and Washington University in St. Louis, I worked as a staff nurse for BJC for several years specializing in critical care, advanced wound management, neurosurgery, and dialysis. I am an experienced, professional with a history of successful and progressive assignments in the Healthcare field. Skilled in Clinical Research care delivery, patient access, and operations. Passionate about improving the quality and safety of clinical care locally and worldwide. A highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical and business leader, who can communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the enterprise.
