Psychotherapy and change work is my abiding passion and forte, having trained with the best in the world. i practice Experiential Psychotherapy. That is a way to create lasting change by processing (negative) emotions like despair, anger, anxiety, fear, which often hijack an individual's life and sabotage progress making them stuck in unproductive and unhealthy patterns of relating to life and relationships. Minimum use of medicines ( only when necessary and in just enough doses) and maximum change is our credo. And we are happy to see this happen DAILY in our clients and patients/ persons. If our entire life itself is transient and all our cells are replacing/changing all the time, i find no merit whatsoever in the belief, or position, that dysfunctional behaviour is 'permanent'.
