I'm a driven Software Engineer with a keen interest in leveraging technology to tackle real-world challenges and enhance societal well-being. My journey in the realm of technology has been nothing short of exhilarating. I find immense satisfaction in delving into the intricacies of new technologies, understanding their architectures, and employing them to craft innovative solutions. While I'm deeply invested in grasping the broader view of system architecture, my primary focus remains on deciphering critical components to drive impactful outcomes. I'm pursuing a Master of Computer Science at North Carolina State University, where I'm exploring diverse domains ranging from system scalability to the intricacies of Artificial Intelligence. My particular interest lies in exploring the potential of cloud technology and its applications in building scalable and reliable solutions. I'm also intrigued by the potential of Gen AI and fine-tuning models such as RAG to optimize efficiency and mitigate erroneous outcomes. I'm working as a Research Assistant at the Geospatial Analysis for Environmental Change Lab where I'm responsible for working with flood images, pulling them from the satellites using polygons, and processing them in batches using Python and AWS. Reflecting on my past experiences, I attribute much of my growth to my undergraduate tenure at Pune Institute of Computer Technology. From participating in hackathons leveraging Machine Learning for agricultural sustainability to a research project enhancing user experiences, each endeavor significantly contributed to my skill set and perspective. During my one-year internship at PubMatic, I honed my Java skills, implemented features, debugged SQL queries, and documented crucial feature IDs, shaping my understanding of end-to-end product development and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. Skills: Full stack web and mobile application development, Javascript, Typescript, React, Node.js, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Amazon S3, MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase, Docker, Git. Success, for me, is not just about achieving milestones, but also about the impact generated.
