But it takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving"(Dale Carnegie) Business runs in my blood, at the age of 9, i was running the cash register and taking orders for my parents in their restaurant, at 11 years old i was standing next to my dad in his grocery store learning about wholesale, cross-selling, and product retention. at the age of 17 i started working at a liberty tax franchise preparing personal taxes for clients, small businesses and small S-corps. i continued working for liberty tax until the franchise closed, and turned my attention towards the insurance industry in 2016, first starting with farmers insurance, then progressing with Erie insurance as a franchise manager, I was able to bring in 400 new clients in the franchises first year of business. I love to have fun with the work i do, I love being able to connect with my clients, and knowing who they are, and how to better provide for their needs and protection. I read constantly about self improvement and becoming better at what i do, no matter the industry, no matter the job, i give it my all.
