About Omar Ghazi

Graduating as a Cum Laude student with a degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management taught me the foundations of what grit, tenacity, and eagerness entails. My education drastically helped me apply my analytical skills in multiple human resources roles at the County of Orange where I was able to help create a stable workforce in the community I proudly live. Throughout these roles, I realized my dreams in college were not just fantasy aspirations but a reality. I love working for Human Resources, and I love the public sector. I am enrolled in two master's programs focused on Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership - Human Resources. Ultimately, my goal is to be a well-versed Human Resources professional to ensure I am a great asset to the employees I serve and for the betterment of the public. Eager to showcase my skillsets within local, state, or federal government.
