About Omar Hamdan

A passionate developer and cloud practitioner with over 3 years of experience in the banking or finance sector contributing to projects meant for a few users to millions. Most of my career has been spent with the Java programming language in the back end and on dev-ops. Also, familiar with Angular and accessibility best practices. My personal Mato, is I might not know the answer right now, but I'm more than willing to figure it out. This Mato, helped me have a successful career so far. Weather it was for developing code in a 20 year old large application, big data ETL pipelines, or migrating applications to the public cloud. I learn best by doing it, even when I don't always know how to begin and build valuable experience in the process. I eventually got recognized as a League of Excellence recipient at my company TD bank for playing a large role in the early adoption of cloud by my team. This award is typically given to top 3 percent of performers in the company.
