Looking for a great job in a professional setting, and to place my talents as a fully bilingual and college educated individual at the service of a company or institution, I have many years of experience in several areas, tutoring, retail, people skills, religious/organizational, and can assist in translation and client relations. In my latest position for ARCHES Covid Rent Relief, our team processed thousands of applications, calls and visits to our Covid Rent Relief Building downtown Salem. I contributed to that number and learned to use the ALLITA/OERAP program and participated in both Staff and OERAP funding eligibility operations for the rent relief program. Chosen to lead the in house social committee, participated in Court Evictions FED and directly in phone calls/navigation and assessments for the general public for their rental assistance needs. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, I scored advanced in the Spanish TOEFL and am a certified Contact Tracer through PCC. My next adventure will likely take me to a graduate/doctoral program and to becoming a fully certified court interpreter within the next couple years.
