Roles have included: •General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of a USD 4 billion AUM hedge fund manager. •Investment fund attorney (law firm and in-house) specializing in the formation, legal/regulatory requirements and governance of private investment funds (U.S. and Cayman) and UCITS funds. •Investment fund operations officer for the international (UCITS) and alternatives businesses of leading asset managers.
