As a co-founder of NR Connections an Experiential Marketing Hub (EMH), I am passionate about creating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns for the cannabis industry. NR Connections is a brand ambassador program with a unique platform/the Hub that caters to cannabis industry, providing them with trained and reliable staff, promotional materials, and event management services. I oversee the business development, client relations, and strategic planning aspects of NR Connections, ensuring that we deliver high-quality and customized solutions that meet the needs and goals of our clients.Before launching NR Connections, I was the General Manager at March and Ash and proud to say I played a big role in establishing 4 of their 9 current locations. They are a leading cannabis retailer and delivery service in San Diego County and Imperial County, California. In this role, I was responsible for managing the daily operations, sales forecasting, budgeting, and staff development of multiple venues, as well as implementing process improvement initiatives that resulted in reduced costs, increased quality, and higher customer satisfaction. I also played a key role in expanding the company's market share and brand awareness, securing partnerships with local and statewide cannabis brands launching new products and services. I have over 10 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of building and leading diverse and high-performance teams, driving revenue growth and service excellence, and executing robust strategies.
