About Omar Klikha

As a new Hilton apprentice, I am excited to begin my journey in the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a strong foundation in hotel operations and customer service. Being part of Hilton allows me to learn from industry leaders and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. I recently graduated with a triple distinction in business, providing me with a solid understanding of business principles, customer relations, and data-driven insights. This achievement, combined with my practical experience, has strengthened my analytical and interpersonal skills—essential assets for success in hospitality. Previously, I spent 3 years managing eBay and Amazon seller accounts, where I honed my skills in e-commerce management, product listing optimisation, and customer service. I also held a sales position at Fanatics, where I combined my sales expertise with a passion for sports merchandise to drive revenue and deliver value to customers. As I embark on my Hilton apprenticeship, I am eager to apply my diverse experience and business knowledge to make a meaningful impact. My goal is to grow within the hospitality industry and create memorable, positive experiences for every guest.
