About Omar Maitimu

After three years of studying International Business and Management at the Rotterdam University, Rotterdam Business School (RBS), the opportunity for an internship at eKomi - the Feedback Company was given to me. Two years later, this intership became my full-time job. Starting as a Customer Feedback Manager for the Dutch market, responsible for the reviews, I worked my way into the Project Management department working with small medium-sized businesses making sure that their needed solutions were implemented to get them started to gather reviews. Within one year, these tasks changed and the responsibility has been given to support the team for the Enterprise businesses - giving me the chance to gather new knowledge and to improve my skills. After a period as a project manager at eKomi, a new adventure introduced itself - I started working at CrossEngage, a customer data platform. My responsibilities laid in managing and monitoring projects, planning and conducting trainings and optimising the onboarding process. Having worked at CrossEngage for four and a half years, a new chapter both on professional and private level started with moving to Zurich, Switzerland. The opportunity was granted by Swiss Marketplace Group AG to be a Senior Project Manager for Marketing Technology in their Marketing Intelligence and Technology Team.
