Academics I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from AUB with High Distinction. I decided to intern at a start-up building Jounieh Floating Island, a floating touristic resort that cruises along the Lebanese coastline. Post Graduation I started my career by joining the start-up community that offered exceptional mentorship and skills. I first joined Formidable Industries, a company whose DNA revolved about customisation for better performance building Generics, the first custom-made 3D printed earphones. Stayed there for 3 years, then the company shut down after running out of cash. I then moved to Band Industries, a company building next-generation musicians' toolkit - Roadie Tuner being its most popular hit. As a Product Manager, I led the development of an innovative education platform teaching people how to play an instrument at their own pace. Finally, I joined ByteDance as an SMB marketing executive aiming at bringing the entrepreneurial mindset into a growing multinational and impacting our community and region and building a relevant skillset for the social landscape. Music I have been playing the Qanun instrument since 2003, an ancient oriental instrument that dates back to 500 B.C.
