I have a BA in Business Management and Finance from the University of Northampton, and multiple certifications in commercial lending, financial rules and regulations, and investment management.With over Seven years of experience at Caterpillar, I have successfully led and executed regional and cross-functional projects to grow Caterpillar's aftermarket offerings, improve business processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. I have applied my skills in strategy consulting, project management, and strategy implementation to deliver tangible results and value to the organization. I have also trained and coached Six Sigma Green Belts to instill a continuous improvement culture. As a Territory Manager, I am responsible for Sales and Marketing of Caterpillar's construction equipment in 11 countries across Africa and the Middle East while delivering a USD 9-figure business plan, where I leverage my language skills in English and Arabic to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
