As a leader, one of my goals is to always lead by example, put people first, and to speak up when things just don't make sense. As a lifelong learner, my interests range far and wide; whether it is health, business transformation, strategy, finance, engineering design, project management, psychology, economics, or digital, I love to sink my teeth into new concepts that I then experiment with in in practice. I am an Environmental Consultant at Arcadis and manage environmental projects for various industrial partners. In addition, I am heavily involved in our company's digital transformation and am a leader for fueling digital transformation within the company and for our clients. Using my combination of analytical skills, business acumen, project management skills, and interpersonal skills I am committed to delivering value to our clients, creating a positive working environment, empowering my team to be their best, and growing our business.
