I graduated in 1981 from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. I enter the real estate business as an assistant appraiser and later got my Mortgage Broker Business License and worked many years as a loan consultant. As a professional with the ability to prioritize work demands, foresee possible setbacks, and establish corrective measures to optimize use of time and resources, Then I became a licensed real estate professional and has been helping clients achieve their goal in the commercial and residential market place. I an expert in the development customer relationships that compliments the ability to aggressively build and retain a solid client base, profound assertive attitude, desire to take leadership role and possess strong people and organizational skills. He has a large network of domestic and international clients that rely on his experience and professional skills to make important decisions when analyzing/evaluating real estate investments.
