Linux System Administrator | RHCSA, Containers & OpenShift Certified | Aspiring DevOps Professional With over 3 years of experience, I specialize in managing and optimizing Linux-based systems, particularly Red Hat environments. My expertise includes server administration, patch management, security vulnerability remediation, and collaborating with development, database, application, network, Technical Support and InfoSec teams to support and maintain our infrastructure. I am certified in RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers (EX188). I manage Linux servers, including troubleshooting, fixing issues, and performing upgrades. I have built and maintained an open-source Ansible AWX project on an Debian server and use Bash scripting to automate routine tasks. Additionally, I administer and manage backup solutions using Dell EMC Networker, Avamar, and Data Domain, ensuring scheduled backups and data integrity across our servers. I also work with Google Cloud (GCP) as part of our cloud environment and handle Google Workspace Console Administration and Zoho Admin Panel for user management and system configurations. My experience includes working with Red Hat Satellite, Apache, NGINX API management, and patch updates. Recently, I completed the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI) – a DevOps Engineer track sponsored by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). This program allowed me to gain hands-on experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Puppet, GitHub, and AWS. I am eager to deepen my knowledge in DevOps and apply these skills to build scalable, automated, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
