As a System Administration Deputy Manager at Edita Food Industries, I am responsible for overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure of one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Egypt. I manage a team of system administrators and engineers, ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of the IT systems and networks. I also act as the liaison between the IT department and the senior management, reporting on the IT status, challenges, and opportunities. With over seven years of experience in the information technology field, I have developed strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, virtualization, cloud computing and support systems. I have also gained valuable experience in working with leading global companies, such as SAP and Microsoft, where I provided system engineering and technical advice services to various clients and projects. Additionally, I have enhanced my knowledge and credentials in cybersecurity, cloud, and internet of things, by obtaining multiple certifications from IBM in 2018. I achieved a Master of Business Administration in E-Business at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, aiming to broaden my business acumen and leadership skills. My goal is to leverage my technical expertise, managerial skills, and business education to contribute to the digital transformation and innovation of the company. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results. I am also motivated by working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I can share my insights, support my colleagues, and learn from their experiences.
