Procurement engineer Over 14 years of experience in the supply area starting in 1998, my main functions were-To identify suppliers in the national and international market, evaluate suppliers by analyzing their companies’ registrations and their local, state and federal documents, no debts certificate and insure of their quality system-Make sure that the capacity of service rendering or supply of the telecom system meets the targets and the specifications defined by the project-External audit of quality to qualify and homologate suppliers-Identify and implement procedures to solve the quality problems of the suppliers -Elaboration, analysis, negotiation and hiring services scopes-Negotiation and calculation of costs of imported materials and tax calculation for landing-Elaboration and management of contracts of services rendering, legal documentation control of the third part (outsourcing)-Responsible for validating procedures in the systems of business administration (SAC, Oracle and Protheus) in order to guarantee the reliability of the information related to third parts and their prices-Elaboration of the cost reduction and quality metrics-Responsible for the control of the suppliers performance based on the companies standards applied to the areas that interact with the third parts to guarantee the hiring of the best companies-Responsible for the elaboration and maintenance of procedures in the quality area-Responsible for maintenance and certification of ISO and TL audits and quality multiplier.
