Ambitious. Persistent. Sedulous. Three words that fit best to describe who I am. Throughout my whole life I have considered myself a leader. A leader who always and forever will direct his group in the right direction. A leader who will put himself at risk before he makes any member of his group do it. You’d be surprised what playing 10 years of soccer can do to you. While most people say you just run around faking falls to be called a foul, I say that it’s nothing near that. For 8 of those 10 years I remained in one soccer team, playing for one coach, wearing one uniform. It wasn’t easy being the captain for that long but I knew that my team needed a leader so I knew I had to step up. During one of our championship games in Las Vegas my coach and two other players were kicked off the field. We were losing 4-3 and there was only 15 minutes left of the game. Despite my anger and frustration, I knew it was time to take command. I lead my team that night and we ended up winning 5-4. When I say I’m going to do something, I'll make sure to make it happen. That is who I am. That is who I’ve always been. Now, I am currently a Security Guard at a restaurant/bar called Dave & Busters. It’s because of my past experience that I do my job so well. I have learned to be patient with people, I have learned to talk to people that have no reason, but most importantly I have learned that everything you do in life, happens for a reason.
