About Omar Wahba

I'm a third-year Biomedical Mechanical Engineering CO-OP student with a passion for designing cutting-edge biomechanical devices. From CAD and SolidWorks to prototyping and programming, I’ve brought innovative ideas to life in projects like the Mechanical Automated Polishing machine and cervical and lumbar implant research. Fluent in four languages and serving as vice president of the Egyptian Student Association, I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments where creativity and communication are key. As a competitive swimmer, I’ve won 1st place in Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Swimming Championship two years in a row and the Spring Games. Swimming has taught me discipline, resilience, and a drive to excel. I also graduated high school with honors, earning the top grade on my capstone presentation about the biomechanics of swimming. Whether it's perfecting designs in CAD or testing prototypes in the lab, I'm a quick learner, always evolving, and ready to create the next breakthrough in biomechanical device design.
