Designing, developing, managing and improving strategies & operations followed by Governmental Agencies and enterprises in different industries including business, and supporting them to know how to align the 4 organization layers; Business, Data entity, Applicationsl and IT to the digital transformation strategy. All form of deliverables I usually provide are in the form of knowledge map, which is developed based on Metamodel. I always follow best methodologies developed by standards organizations like BPMN, CMMN and APQC in operations, Balanced Scorecard and BMM in strategic planning, TOGAF in EA, PMI and PRINCE 2 in project management, PCMM and CIPD in Human Capital & People management, and VDML and SoaML as modeling language. Doing the best to add value to the business sector, support organizations to provide best services for human & participate to develop solutions that improve our system. And since creating impact and improving the world is our responsibility, and in order to make our region a better place to live and more effective, I always and continuously work on improving my knowledge and acquiring new competencies in order to provide values and empower enterprises to be intelligently agile.
