Possess NEBOSH IGC, valid OPITO BOSIET (with CA-EBS), CISRS Oveaseas Scaffold Supervision and Advanced Scaffold Inspection. Reduce work related incidents by ensuring the implementation of company HSE policies; collate and document data to create daily/weekly reports which assist in tracking personnel behaviour and monitor compliance to HSE procedures; encourage improved safety culture within the workforce by one on one personnel coaching, training and development using training materials specially tailored to suit work activities; carry out routine site patrols, inspections, drills and audits; interface with sub-contractors to coordinate HSE related concerns; plan and develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, JSAs and issue Permit to work.
