I specialize in turning complexity into efficiency. Scaled warehouse throughput by 30% pre-Diwali via layout redesign and automation. Slashed concession rate from 0.36% to 0.21% of GMS — saving crores annually. Boosted wireless returns saleability from 96.5% to 99.6%, protecting ₹102 MN/year in revenue. Led Amazon’s #1 CI Project in 2019, increasing return center productivity by 37%(14 → 19.2 TPH) and saving ₹40 MN/year. My expertise spans ultra-fast fulfilment, reverse logistics innovation, capacity planning, inbound optimization, and infrastructure transformation — including post-COVID FC redesigns and greenfield launches like DEL4.
