PhD in Nanoscience Solid knowledge of material science. Expertise in both Epitaxy and thin film deposition techniques. Molecular beam Epitaxy (MBE) and chemical beam Epitaxy (CBE) Knowledgeable of material characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, TEM, AFM, etc.). Practical experience with the characterization of electronic devices; experience with cryogenic measurement. Want to improve fabrication and measurement of electronic devices abilities. Innovative and solution-oriented. Excellent communication abilities, primarily in English. More about me: I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CNR Italy. In my current position, I am conducting research on semiconductor materials by chemical beam epitaxy and Molecular beam epitaxy for quantum cascade lasers and high speed electronic devices at the National Enterprise for NanoScience and Nanotechnology (NEST) Lab in Pisa, Italy. More on the PhD: Throughout my PhD studies, I have learnt about the epitaxial growth of semiconductors. In addition, I have extensive knowledge and experience in a number of characterization techniques, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, radiofrequency magnetron sputtering unit, optical lithography, and Atomic Force Microscopy.
