About Omer Dekel

B.A graduate, BI development certified by The Technion, analytical, autodidact and multitasker with high learning abilities and great people skills. Between 2015 and 2019, as a member of the management at Yelta Holdings L.T.D, I promoted business development processes and elevated the customer success rate, resulting a high percentage of revenue increase. Also, a vast database was established by using a set complex Excel reports which lead to improved work processes and higher productivity. After attending B.I Development studies in the Technion institute, I was hired as an analyst at Shufersal L.T.D. That was a short but valuable period which was cut short due to the COVID19 crisis. These days I work at Migdal Capital Markets as a back-end developer as part of the Data systems division. We use Python, SQL and VB to create automated processes and improve the organization`s efficiency and proficiency. In my free time I like to keep my mind sharp by studying new skills (Java Script at the moment) or practicing old skills such as martial arts or playing musical instruments.
