About Omer Farah

A construction management professional that specializes in capital projects, technical operations and retail design and construction. I have obtained my Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management. I intend on acquiring my LEED credentials (GA & AP) to help broaden my knowledge as a construction professional. My future goals would be to pursue my PMP designation and Gold Seal Certification. I have a strong sense of construction materials and aggregates, and can perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for estimates. I can identify and correct hazards in the workplace. I have in-depth practical experience gained from construction companies and real estate companies I have worked with through the years. I have experience with managing many projects in the downtown core (financial district). I have excellent communication skills along with an organized mindset. I am familiar with many construction management softwares such as: Procore, Planswift, Bluebeam, Adobe, Revit, Sketchup. I am coachable and patient and diligent in my work ethic.
