I’m a passionate and self-driven IT professional with over 15 years of experience helping organizations transform the way they work through technology. Currently, I serve as an Application Support Officer at Qatar Development Bank (QDB), where I bridge the gap between people, processes, and platforms to deliver real business impact. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of enterprise technologies — from cloud platforms and cybersecurity to AI enablement and digital transformation. At QDB, I’ve led and supported key initiatives like the BMC Helix ITSM rollout, CTS Correspondence Management System deployment, and CRM/ERP Support, integrations with other application systems such as Government and banking applications like KYC, FinScan. I hold certifications from Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, LinkedIn Learning, and Xero, covering everything from cloud and cybersecurity to project management, finance, and AI tools. But beyond credentials, what really drives me is a love for continuous learning and helping teams unlock the value of technology in practical, human-centered ways.
