About Omkar Rahate

Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile!I'm Omkar, an engineer with experience in project management, problem-solving and finding insights. I started my career as a Mechanical Engineer, but my true passion for data analysis emerged while working at Reliance Jio on a state-wide Cost Optimization project. Initially focused on servicing and maintaining equipment, I quickly realized the potential of leveraging data to optimize electrical consumption and reduce costs. This led me to collaborate with the Tableau and Power BI teams, where I contributed to designing dashboards and visualizations that delivered crucial insights. This experience sparked my deep interest in data analytics, and since then, I’ve been committed to expanding my expertise in SQL, Power BI, Advance Excel and data visualization. With a strong foundation in engineering, I approach problems with an analytical mindset and a passion for turning complex datasets into actionable insights. My goal is to use data to drive smarter decisions and help businesses improve processes and efficiency.Let's connect and explore how we can work together to drive excellence in organization success.Feel free to reach out to me here on LinkedIn or at omrahate19813@gmail.com to start a conversation.Thank you for visiting my profile, and I look forward to connecting with you!
