About Omnia Korani

Highly skilled medical oncologist with extensive experience in breast and Gynecological malignancies also hematological malignancies and BMT. Currently serving as a Specialist at the Bahyea Cancer Center for early detection and treatment of breast cancer, also works as a specialist at the Hematology and Bone Transplant Unit at Air Force Specialized Hospital. Additionally, I hold the position of Assistant Lecturer of Medical Oncology at the esteemed National Cancer Institute. With 10 years experience till date I conduct outpatient hematology and oncology clinics, where I diagnose new cases, provide follow-up care for oncology patients, and prescribe chemotherapy protocols while monitoring and managing treatment side effects. I also lead inpatient rounds, providing education and guidance to junior residents, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.My professional journey includes completing a rigorous residency training program at the National Cancer Institute, as well as specialized training and PHD degree in breast and gynecological malignancies.Prior to my current roles, I gained valuable experience as a Primary Healthcare Physician at the Ministry of Health, where I provided essential healthcare services to patients. I began my career with an internship at Kasr Al-Aini Cairo University Hospitals, where I honed my clinical skills and knowledge across various medical specialties.
