With over 10 years of work experience in administration and human resources, I am a competent and reliable professional who strives to provide excellent service and support to my organization and colleagues. I have a strong background in English language and literature, which enables me to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders, both locally and internationally. I am passionate about working in the academic sector, as I believe in the value and impact of education on society and individual development. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals and objectives. As a Human Resources Administrator at Arab Open University, I am responsible for managing the hiring and onboarding process of new staff for the university, as well as preparing and drafting reports and memos for the board of trustees. I have demonstrated my skills in searching, pre-screening, and presenting shortlisted candidates, drafting job offers and contracts, negotiating with candidates, and arranging and planning travel and accommodation for overseas candidates. I also manage the interview schedule and coordinate the events of the day, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the candidates and the interview committee. Additionally, I support the HR manager in maintaining and updating the HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the labor laws and regulations. I am proud to be part of a team that contributes to the growth and success of the university and its staff.
