Stephen Covey's second habit for highly effective people is :Begin with the end in mind This has been my personal statement in all works of my life. It has motivated me to create a vision in my mind of everything I want to achieve then put in the work to achieve the desired result. This practice has enabled me to be a result oriented person, I am able to produce result under set guidelines as accurately as possible. Growing up I always had a passion for analysis but I believed I first had to start with accounting to understand how financial statements including sales performance data are produced. I have been given the opportunity to be a dealer controller which is a sales analysis role. A dealer controller prepares sales performance reports, ensures targets are met by the sales team which contributes to the overall growth of the company as well as ensuring the compliance of the department to company policies. Outside of work I am into network marketing, I sell Inuka Products. I also love to relax with some good music or Netflix.
