About Oneil Earle

A flexible dedicated and hard working individual with an aptitude to think outside of the box and adapt to ongoing changes in the workplace. With the ability to lead, motivate and encourage growth in my team members and for those i am directed to lead. The great Nelson Mandela quote "I have learnt that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear". With that been said i strongly believe that everyone have that spirit to conquer whatever there is; the best thing is to identify your greatest fear and challenge it, once that is done then you will be able to approach every task given. I said all that to say, for me being able to conquer fear i'm able to take on all the challenges, tasks, successes and achievements that life in it self have to offer. I also believe that being rich/wealthy is not having money but having life and spirit abundantly. Every human being possessed what is call "Self-Worth, Self-Concept, and Self-Esteem for such i was born with; wherefore it is within my aim as well to help others to identify such and put it into action.
