About Onome Komolafe

My career spans over 20 years. I started my career in KPMG (Peat, Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co) in 1996 and worked in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc for ten years. I was at various times Head of Domestic Operations, Head of Treasury Operations and Head of Branch Operations in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. I joined Access Bank Plc in December 2007, as Head of Treasury Operations. I have had responsibility for various process reviews and developments in the bank. I led the following Centralised Operation Mandates-Set up of Corporate and Investment Banking Operations Department-Set up of Credit Operations Department-Set up of Domestic Funds Transfer DepartmentPresently, as Divisional Head,Business Services and Client Experience at Central Securities Clearing System, I have responsibility for Back Office Operations, General Administration and Client Experience. As the Chief Operating Officer for Coronation Merchant Bank Ltd, I was responsible for leading the Information Technology Transformation Programme and building the Structure and Process for the Back office service delivery vision. I hold a B.sc Accounting and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.I have attended several professional development programmes within and outside the country.
