About Ons Abdelkhalek

I am a PhD holder and Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, data analytics, and optimization. Over the past year and a half, I have been working at MASS Analytics, specializing in Marketing Mix Modeling and data-driven decision-making. Before that, I was an Assistant Professor in Business Computing at Tunis Business School, where I focused on operations research and multi-objective optimization. I also took on leadership roles, including serving as the Career Center Director at the University of Tunis, where I led initiatives to bridge the skills gap and enhance student employability. Beyond academia, I have been deeply involved in the startup ecosystem as the Program Director of OSTX at Open Startup Tunisia, supporting over 140 startups and helping them leverage data and technology for growth. With a PhD in Business Computing, my expertise includes modeling optimization, machine learning and business intelligence, with applications in network management, transportation, and business strategy.
