About Onsi Yousfi

Onsi Yousfi is an experienced training specialist. With a reputation for creative and confident leadership, Onsi is known for his dynamic leadership style and his success. Before his last position, Onsi was among the first founders of the internationally renowned Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Training System established in the United Arab Emirates. He held various roles, including operator, administrative assistant, translator, Interpreter, Researcher, Trainer, and Training Specialist. His responsibilities included project coordination training planning and delivery facilitation and live interpretation. Onsi’s career journey encompasses impactful roles with regional and international development firms including, Ultra Electronics Holdings Plc, a British defence and aerospace company Ultra-Dascam, Al Shaheen Adventures LLC, along with various national projects including time as a translatror / Interpreter with the United Arab Emirates armed forces and the Abu Dhabi Community Police and experience as a senior Interpreter / training specialist with Global Aerospace Logistics LLC in addition to being an executive assistant for key UAE Defense Ministry officials. Onsi’s breadth of experience and exposure to various aspects of financial and professional services provide keen insights in his roles managing and facilitating training focused departments. Client engagement and training planning are core aspects of Onsi’s professional life, providing stakeholder management expertise to help drive the organization’s work in Training and Administrative Management. A proud alumnus of La Manouba University, Onsi holds a Master’s Degree in English language and literature. Onsi Yousfi’s career is marked by a strategic approach to training, commitment to leadership development and a proven track record of delivering creative solutions.
