I am an experienced Finance Manager with over 12 years exposure in Banking, Consulting, Financial Technology, Manufacturing and Health Care sectors. My specialties are Treasury Management, Financial Risk Management, Business Analysis and Process Optimization, Capital Management (Debts & Equities), Funds Management and Cashflow Planning and Optimization. Some notable achievements from previous roles include; 1) Led deployment of a treasury management solution used for integrating / analyzing multi-currency account balances from more than 100 accounts with about 20 banks. This helped reduced time spent on daily cash management from 3 hours to around 30 minutes daily. 2) Successfully negotiated a 6-month payment plan for a US$3m account payable balance with an external supplier. This helped to manage cash flow implications for the business as against full and immediate payment. expenditure 3) Entered a pioneer over-the-counter FX futures contract of circa US$60m which resulted to a positive net cash flow of around US$8m to bottom line. This contract was entered during a severe FX crisis in the Nigeria, hence it helped the business navigate FX risks at the time and resulted to an award of "War Lord" from the group holding company in the United Kingdom. 4) Successfully led various change management projects for the a Bank I worked with in the United Kingdom. This involved conducting daily change management meetings with internal colleagues and tracking change implementation at the branch level. I was appointed as the "One Best Customer Experience Champion".
