I work for a company who knows how difficult it can be to find the right personal care. UKCIL has first-hand, ongoing experience of helping relatives and friends to live independently at home - including parents, grandparents, a very poorly aunt and close neighbours. Working with our loved ones, we know what a difference the right care and support can make. Finding the right person, with the right skills and personality has been tough over the years, not to mention then replacing them if they move on. The real need for personal health budget holders to find their own reliable and qualified personal care assistants, quickly and without spending a lot on agencies, led us to create the UKCIL application.
