About Or Israel

I’m Or, Co-Founder and CEO of bananaz, where we’re building the Copilot for mechanical engineers - on a mission to transform the way physical product design is done. With over 15 years of experience in 3D modeling, product development, and medical devices, I’ve led global R&D teams across hundreds of projects. Along the way, I realized that engineers deserve tools that are intuitive, precise, and built for real-world complexity. That insight led to bananaz. We’re rethinking the entire physical product design process - from daily tasks like drawing reviews and report generation to AI agents that provide DFM & DFC insights. We’re supercharging engineers to make them faster, sharper, and significantly more productive. I hold a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and completed the Global Village program at Lehigh University. Let’s connect if you’re building in deep tech, CAD, or industrial SaaS - or just love great engineering.
