I obtained my Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California University of Pennsylvania. I am interested in an employment opportunity in teaching as a Lecturer / Asst. Professor or employment in Physical Security, Security Management, or Security Operations. While employed with the Federal Marshals Service from (2002-2017) as a (Federal Air Marshal and Senior Federal Air Marshal) I gained valuable skills such as the detection, deferment and defeat of hostile acts which targeted U.S. air carriers, airports, passengers, and crews. This position also enabled me to gain teamwork while working toward a common goal and supporting one another to combine our individual strengths. I was also able to develop outstanding observation and critical thinking skills by creating a habit of mindful thinking of current surroundings and how to react to them. While employed with the New York City Police Department from (1998-2002) as a (Police Officer and Street Narcotics Officer) I was responsible for the enforcement of New York State and New York City Penal Codes. I investigated and wrote complaints, collected evidence, searched crime scenes, vouchered and stored evidence and was responsible for Criminal Informants who provided information on pertinent investigations. I also have testified in numerous Grand Juries, Criminal Court and have arrested those who committed crimes. In addition to my considerable experience, I have held a Top Secret Security clearance from 2002-present which was for the duration of my employment with the Federal government. I am a self-starter who has an outstanding work ethic that my references will attest to.
