Background

About Orane Burri

Swiss film director and storyteller, I studied cinema and worked in Paris for more than 12 years: directing TV commercials (NINTENDO, UBISOFT, ORANGE), documentaries ( TABOU, DEADLY WEAPONS…), shorts films ( AMOR, PAN.) and videos creations for live shows (UNIGHTED08). In 2012, I choose to stop directing senseless commercials and move back to Switzerland, where I live know, writing and shooting only engaged fictions or documentaries projects that fits my values.( NON, WAR CLEANERS, DUBLIN, THE PRICE OF GAS- a citizen resistance.) Developing transmedia projects since 2010, I'm exploring new ways of telling stories and involving the public into them. CAPITALE, LE TRAMOSCOPE, the TOTEMI project, the interactive theater play LE PROCES-1848 and LA DEMOCRATIE EN PROCES are part of this exciting game! This brought me to teach transmedia at the HES-SO Comem+ media engineer students beside my directing work and to cooperate with many different creatives on crossartistics projects. Maybe on your next one? Check all that and the last project: the documentary PRICELESS FORESTS. going to pricelessforest.com ( insteimablesforêts.com ou unschaetzbarewaelder.com) ou lesregardiens.ch
