About Oratile Mogae

I’ve always been the person who asks: How can we make this better? More impactful? More human? Whether I’m creating content, coordinating youth programs, or leading marketing efforts, I bring a mix of creativity, heart, and a get-it-done attitude. My name is Oratile, I’m a marketing and program coordination professional with a deep love for strategy, storytelling, and building things that actually matter. My journey started with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, but the real magic has happened in the spaces where purpose meets people—especially youth. Working with young people has changed the way I see leadership. From designing and leading entrepreneurship programs for Black youth, to mentoring teens navigating life’s hardest moments, to helping young women step into their power through career training and confidence-building—I’ve seen firsthand how support and belief can change lives. And honestly? They’ve changed mine too. Whether I’m launching a campaign, organizing a youth summit, or running a community-based workshop, I lead with heart, creativity, and a bold sense of responsibility to leave every space better than I found it. I’ve had the privilege of working in roles that blend business with purpose—where community meets innovation. My work is rooted in connection, representation, and making sure that everyone at the table feels seen, heard, and empowered. If you're into bold ideas, collaborative energy, and meaningful impact—we should talk.
