I'm currently operating as 2nd level support for the Resolve Software Group HelpDesk where we advise on the maintenance and repair of our customers' bespoke software configurations of Resolve, the industry leading software in the field of Case Management Systems. I'm thoroughly enjoying my position with the company and all the opportunities it offers for self-improvement! My experienced and helpful team is a delight to work with, and I've come to really enjoy spending my working hours pursuing the thrill of positive feedback being left for our handling of customers' cases! Speaking more to my own qualities, I'm articulate, polite and entirely open to criticism. I'm an eternal student, I love to learn and improve my skills. Outside of work hours I'm a foodie who likes animals and playing videogames. I can be quite a people person, though I mostly prefer to keep to myself. I like to think about projects and often daydream about the features of the games and software I'd build if I had the experience, time, money and manpower to make anything I wanted to. I love the feeling of completing a project, and I always find myself reflecting on how I could improve my processes.
