Background

About Orestis Botis

As part of my thesis I researched geopolymers, a type of alternative, renewable cement. I prepared samples based on different formulas, subjected them to different environmental conditions and took measurement of their strength and durability. Finally I performed statistical analysis to interpret the results.I have worked for about a year in a pharmaceutical company as a production engineer. I was involved in the quality assurance of the raw materials, ensured the proper storage conditions, oversaw the production and made sure the finished products met the necessary quality and safety standards. For the past six months I am working in the customer support of Exxonmobil, in the international marine sector. I place and track product orders and help prevent and solve any problems that may arise. As part of the job I have been trained to use SAP and salesforce.
