About Oretemi Awe

I would describe myself as always hungry and willing to learn new things. I am someone that wants to continuously strengthen and gain new skills, which I can apply to my organizational mandate, improve and make my work more strategic / efficient, and which can also be used as I further progress in my career. I have strong knowledge and experience in strategic human resources and labour relations, program design / delivery, as well as consulting, and relationship building. I have a high degree of political acuity to influence decision-making, and I am a detail-oriented, conceptual thinker with strong research and analytical skills. I have excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills to facilitate, develop and deliver briefings and presentations to senior management and clients. I aim to have a long-lasting career in this field, in which I am able to grow and continue to climb up in roles of greater scope and responsibility. I also strive to be able to be involved as a leader in future strategic modernization in all facets, however especially in the area of HR (i.e, classification, recruitment, labour relations, etc.), which I am truly passionate about; all to better shape the organization for a positive future outlook. I believe my experience will aid in positively contributing to any organization's success. I really enjoying being able to help and assist people, I am a great team player, and also enjoy achieving and accomplishing goals that I have had set. Personally, I enjoy meeting and working with people from different backgrounds, and also learning and experiencing new things. I find that I am always able to learn new ways to complete my work, and also gain valuable insight on varying circumstances that I can apply to my own life.
