About Orhan Altintas

My experiences both in studying in three different countries, at multiple universities, and in working for a variety of companies in the US, Germany and Turkey has made me a flexible individual who values diversity and challenges. These opportunities have continued in my present job as I travel throughout many countries and interact with a variety of people from many different backgrounds. I have been successful at this as evidenced by the many long-term business contacts and friends I have made over the years who trust me and who value my relationship with them. I am committed to remaining flexible, tolerant and successful for the remainder of my career. I believe that the most important factor for success is to be a good listener and to be able to understand what the client needs-not just to push your own agenda during a transaction. I believe that my strength is to take sales activities to a personal level by being interested in the lives of my clients and understanding of their needs. Pure knowledge about sales activity is not the deciding factor. Most important is that you learn to talk to your customer and to form an emotional commitment. This, combined with honesty, will foster long-term relationships and future transactions.
